Towpath Tails Dog Park

Towpath Tails Dog Park has been specifically designed to ensure both you and your human have the best off lead time together.

Set alongside the Kennet & Avon canal and within our own Christmas tree farm in the beautiful countryside of rural Wiltshire, we offer a safe and calm environment for your dog to run, sniff, play and learn to their doggy hearts delight. And for you to relax and chill out in the rural canal-side setting knowing they are completely safe while they have fun.

We offer two play areas.
– The Paddock is about half an acre of safe and secure space to let your dogs off lead to have fun and/or do some training. There are agility jumps, ramps and hoops, space to run and chase, lots of sniff-able areas.
– The Coppice is a 3acre secure and safe space filled with 100s of trees for lots of stimulation as well as a small dog paddling pool.

Both areas have secure 6ft deer and low level rabbit fencing and screening at various levels. Each has a separate secure gate for access and includes a shelter for the humans to chill out in, stay dry and watch the fun and local wildlife. There is water for your dogs and the all-important poop bin. We also offer gated secure off-road parking.

Sole use
If you like to run off lead but your humans worry you’ll run off – they will have sole use of the secure paddock for you and can be sure you will be safe.

Improving recall
If you are a bit jumpy or reactive, or you love to wander at your own pace ignoring your human’s recall – this is the perfect place.

Building trust
If you and your human are still learning to trust each other – this is a great safe space to try out new things.

Just having fun…
Or if you simply love a fun-packed playtime with your humans – lots of things to sniff and some agility equipment to play with – come and play here.

Individual hire bookings are for exclusive sole/family/bubble use (subject to covid rules). So are safe in these challenging times. And with a triple gate system – they are also secure.

We also welcome professional dog walkers and dog trainers to book and use the space, and can accommodate dog events such as dog birthday parties.
